Crowsheath Angling has 5 Lakes in total. The Specimen Lake which is 3.5acres and holds the fisheries larger Carp to 37lbs 12oz and Cats to 83lbs 6oz and has depths ranging from 4ft to 12ft. The Course Lake is 4.5acres and is well stocked with all types of silver fish, but beware there a few surprises in this lake. The Canal Lake reaches to 2.5acres and also hold a great head of silver fish with Carp & Bream to 7lbs+ and Perch to 3lbs 4oz. Matches can be booked on both the Course & Canal lakes by calling during office hours. The Lagoon Lake is our trainning lake for children and beginners. And Finally the Back Lake, this will be ready to fish by summer 2010. Please visit our website for complete list of fishery rules, or check rules board at venue. Please read very carfully as any found breaking fishery rules will be asked to leave.

Exclusive Carp and Catfish Fishing Holidays in France.

There are 2 four acre lakes at Windmill situated between the historical cities of Laval and Le Mans, just 2½ to 4½ hrs from the ports of Caen and Calais.

The dedicated Carp Lake has Mirrors, Commons and Grass Carp to 48lb+ and the Catfish Lake combines a “runs” water with the adventure of big Catfish to 95lb+ and counting.

The lakes were dug approximately 20 years ago and are surrounded by a plantation of poplar trees, completely secluded from outside distractions. We have no roads, trains or industrial units anywhere near the lakes, so apart from the occasional tractor there is total peace and tranquillity.

We have an lakeside Alpine Chalet situated just 15 metres from the banks of the Carp Lake, so you can enjoy the beautiful views of the whole venue whilst enjoying a beer on the veranda.
