Etang des Royales - The Royal Lake - is a 25 acre French carp fishing holiday complex nestled amongst a forest setting in France and comprises of two well stocked carp fishing lakes. The big lake is 15 acres and has plenty of fish ranging from upper doubles right up to the magic 50lb bracket, with a large number being 40lb+ and the majority over 30lb. Catfish are also swimming around, the biggest caught so far was 72lb. It is suitable for groups or individual anglers. The smaller of the two lakes is 5 acres, approximately 300 carp up to mid 20lb with one mid 40lb amongst them. As many as 20 fish can be caught in a days fishing. It's ideal for the young angler or families because can be hired with the chalet on site.
