Le Duchou has two fishing lakes stocked for the enthusiastic angler with equipment and tuition if required while the family can enjoy the facilities such as large swimming pool*, barbeque area, 100 acres to roam, including meadow and forest to view the wild life. Scarper Carper is owned and run by myself, Sheridan, and my husband Peter. As a team we have - and are - working hard to provide a French carp fishing lake for an unforgettable holiday experience.
Peter was previously a Management Consultant for one of the UK s biggest holiday groups, and has been a carp angler for 16 years. He has a PB of over 55lbs which he achieved in May 2005, and has been featured in Kevin Nash s advertising campaigns. He has fished many prolific waters in the UK and France. His experience and contacts within the carp fishing industry coupled with his knowledge of tourism ensures a top quality venue at Lac de Paix.
