This Villa style property, situated just outside the small village of Coulerolles in the Limousin area of France, has been fully equipped to provide luxury accommodation for you to enjoy on your holiday.

On top of this you will have your own lake of over an acre with Carp (Mirror, Common & Grass) to 40lb+ and Catfish to 50lb+ and Roach, Tench and Pike and who knows!. All in all this is a truly glorious setting and we are sure you will not be disappointed.

The property lies in its own grounds of over 5 acres surrounded by fruit trees and fields and there is no other building in sight. It even has a Boules alley for the summer evenings! There is plenty of space for the children to run and play or you can spend as much time as you would like fishing.

The Villa has two patio areas for you to either relax or cook a barbeque. Plus Satellite TV and a games room equipped with a snooker/pool table, darts, table football, table tennis and even a small bar area!

Temperatures in the summer months reach over 30 degrees and in mid-summer it can be light up until around 10.30pm.

We are only around 6 hours drive from Calais or Boulogne. Or you can fly from Stansted or Liverpool to Limoges by Ryanair of by Flybe from Southampton, hire a car and arrive at “La Couarde” in less than 30 minutes.

Have you ever wanted to try French Carp fishing but don't have all the equipment. Well let us help solve some of the problems for you.
At Castaway lake 1 we will provide you with a high quality 2 man bivvy per person at your swim.
Each bivvy is equipped with bed chair, fishing chair, bivvy table. Cooking stove with gas and all cooking utensils.
A 6 berth mobile home is on site for the use of all anglers on the lake.We have commons, mirrors and grass carp to 50lb with catfish 80lbs+ and silver carp over 60lb.
The lake is approx 5 acres in size and is fed by a small stream. It has reed beds and a high quantity of lily pads.
There are 2 double swims and l single swim set amongst the trees.
