DescriptionRaynbow End is a natural 3 acre lake set in beautiful surroundings. We are only 40 minutes from the port of Cherbourg which means less driving and more fishing time.

The Lake would also suit fishing clubs as there are 8 pegs on site. At the moment it is an all bivvy lake with basic toilet facilities. There is a small bar come grocery store 5 minutes walk away in the village.

Bill's Lakes are heavily stocked waters with big French mirrors to over 55lb, commons to 40lb, grass carp to 40lb+, sturgeon to 20lb+ and some "huge" catfish that go to 100lb+. These are some of the hardest fighting fish that you will have ever played.

MARNE VALLEY CARPING - LAC DE JUVIGNY

A 12 acre gravel pit, 30 years old, set in a very peaceful environment in the French countryside closely bordered by the Marne canal with river Marne not far away. There are 10 swims and 8 anglers can fish per week (group bookings 10 number) each angler has over an acre and there are 4 double swims.

The lake is situated only a 3 hour drive away from Calais and is located a convenient 10 minute drive in a quiet rural area from the nearest motorway junction.

There is a good head of fish from 20lbs to 66lbs+ and the lake has never been fished for carp until 2004. Vehicle access is available to all swims so no need to worry about carrying gear.

A restocking has taken place winter 2003 and has seen the introduction of a sensible number of carp. Amongst the larger members there are around 40 fish 40lbs, 3 over fifty and one over 60lbs. 2004 has seen the addition of 20 grass carp, 40 pussy cats and 30 carp between 25 - 35lbs
