DescriptionSky Lake was run by Phil Roots and his partner Sue but from November 2005 Tim and Ali Clegg-Jones formerly of GTS Tours Ltd have taken over the management and running of Sky Lakes. We have been running trips to the Jonquoy for the last 7 years and Cornees for 2 years and felt we couldn’t do anymore on Jonquoy as the owners would not let us improve the facilities. Phil and Sue have decided to move back to England after 6 years at Sky Lakes to do other things.

Comment: WOW what a place, what a host and some of the best looking carp about i had a great holiday and smashed my pb 3 times (40-14/42-13 and 46-11) and having seen a 120 plus catfish caught i've booked 2 more weeks next year wiyh tim

Carp Fishing in France from Lacs de Miarlet

3 lakes with carp up to 66lbs. The first is the Island Lake which is 3.5 acres with depths from 2ft to 8ft, and spring fed with no snags and a silt bottom, with the additional feature of an island situated off centre.

The second is Spring Lake is 4 acres with depths from 2ft to 7ft, also spring fed with no snags and a silt bottom.

The third is the stock pond. This currently holds over 100 small carp which have been selected especially for their fast growth rate.

Set in the beautiful countryside of the Limousin. Carp fishing at its best.

Immaculate shower block on site with English toilet. Caravan also available as are meals if required.
